My positive experience began with friendly Stacy that answered the phone & made my appointment. Kevin was very professional and did an in-depth assessment of my shower tiles and floor tiles. He explained everything he suggested to do and gave reasons why he thought the problems needed addressed. It was an easy contract signing and appointment made. Katie came on time and was so kind with lots of smiles. She also explained all the work she was doing step by step. I had questions and she had the answers. She was very knowledgeable. She really enjoys her work. Started on time and finished on time. I highly recommend Sir Grout Richmond!!

Sir Grout was contacted and Kevin came out to assess our needs and we accepted the estimate to complete the job. Work was started within the next week. Ryan arrived on time and he got to work immediately. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He was very attentive to detail for each area that was to be completed.

The job took 2 days and Ryan completed the job on time. Ryan was very personable and easy to work with. He did an excellent job and we would highly recommend Sir Grout and Ryan's professionalism and pride in the work he does. Thank you Ryan for a job well done!!
