The initial appointment with Kevin was excellent, he was honest, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Scheduling with tech Katie was smooth, and she was friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable throughout the process. Overall, very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them!

Kelly did an amazing job restoring the grout in our laundry room. She removed the dark, worn-out grout, restored it to "like new" and sealed the grout and tiles for optimal protection. We bought Sir Grout's Natural Hard Surface Cleaner for maintaining our laundry room floor as well as granite and tile surfaces throughout the house and Kelly took the time to instruct us on how to use the product. We are very pleased to restore instead of replacing the tile we love!! Thank you Kelly and Sir Grout!! We highly recommend!!!

I was very satisfied with Sir Grout. I just bought an older townhome that needed work on bathroom tile and caulking, as well as countertop and slate cleaning and sealing. I had an excellent experience with both Kevin and Katie from Sir Grout in Richmond, Virginia. The work came out beautifully and my bathroom looks amazing again. I highly recommend their services. They did exactly what they said they would do and they kept everything clean and tidy and looking good. I did not feel that it was expensive for the work that was done. I felt the pricing was extremely fair.

Katie performed the grout color sealing and cleaning of my grout and tile. And truly did an excellent job! My floors and grout look brand new again. I'm very pleased and would definitely recommend her and Sir Grout again!
