The entire experience with Sir Grout was exceptionally easy. The owner, Kevin, came to the house and did a great assessment of what needed to be completed and worked with me on the cost to keep within my expectations and budget. The job was completed very professionally and on time by their service representative. Overall, we are very happy with the service and would highly recommend Sir Grout!

My positive experience began with friendly Stacy that answered the phone & made my appointment. Kevin was very professional and did an in-depth assessment of my shower tiles and floor tiles. He explained everything he suggested to do and gave reasons why he thought the problems needed addressed. It was an easy contract signing and appointment made. Katie came on time and was so kind with lots of smiles. She also explained all the work she was doing step by step. I had questions and she had the answers. She was very knowledgeable. She really enjoys her work. Started on time and finished on time. I highly recommend Sir Grout Richmond!!
