Our experience with Sir Grout Richmond was very positive. It started with Kevin coming to evaluate our wishes and needs and making some very good recommendations for cleaning and sealing our bathroom tiles and replacing shower caulking. We thought this might break the budget, but no, it was very affordable.

Then Josie came to complete the tasks, and wow, the finished product was like New. Josie was not only pleasant, but she answered our questions and took the task at hand with great assurance. We are so pleased! Thank you!

The process to schedule an estimate was super easy using their online scheduler. I received communication via email and text with arrival time updates. Kevin was super thorough in reviewing the projects and gave me an estimate right away.

Scheduling the work was done via email (again, super easy!). Katie showed up on time and worked quietly and independently throughout the day on the various projects. She was super nice and even kind to my loud dog :) And, best of all, she did an awesome, awesome job! The main shower stall had a lot of mildew from years of poor airflow and I still can't believe she got it that clean.

I could tell she felt pride in doing the best job possible and it showed. I would definitely recommend Sir Grout Richmond and use them again!

These guys were amazing. Kevin was super nice and thorough in his assessment and quote. Katie was WONDERFUL! She turned our disgusting shower into something I didn't recognize! My bathroom floors look so clean and bright! She even kept my dogs company and let them outside! ♥️

My only complaint was that none of them showed up in a knight's armor outfit like the one on the website. Oh well. Maybe next time. I highly recommend it!
