Kevin gave us a thorough and detailed estimate to clean, seal, and grout our primary bathroom shower and do a few limited refurbishments on 2 other shower areas. (At my request, Kevin initially also included estimates for our powder room floor and kitchen granite counters. When we needed to cut the project back to a more affordable job, Kevin helped prioritize the work we needed.) Once we accepted the quote, Sir Grout was able to schedule someone for later that same week.

Katie, the worker, completed our job over 2 days. She was pleasant, diligent, knowledgeable, and communicated well throughout the project. The end result is like-new! Overall, I highly recommend Sir Grout Richmond.
