Had an issue with efflorescence on our tile. Kevin took the time to look at the cleaners I'd used, tried a few different solutions, and found a way for me to fix the issue myself. He's very knowledgeable about grout and showers and seemed genuinely interested in helping me find the right answer.
Kevin didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need - which means Sir Grout is the first call when we have a bigger issue in the future.
Sir Grout was great, and I was thoroughly satisfied with the work performed. Kevin came out to check out our shower, as we have some issues with mold and mildew and cracking of our grout, as well as our countertops, which have become quite dull and stained. We opted to proceed with a cleaning and color sealing, and touching up our shower grout, some recaulking, and color sealing the grout on our bathroom floors. We scheduled a visit to have our shower tile and grout color sealed, and the floor as well.
It was an all-day project, but she finished it, and it came out amazingly well. Would highly recommend for any grout work, and we will probably have him come back to do our countertops as well.
