My positive experience began with friendly Stacy that answered the phone & made my appointment. Kevin was very professional and did an in-depth assessment of my shower tiles and floor tiles. He explained everything he suggested to do and gave reasons why he thought the problems needed addressed. It was an easy contract signing and appointment made. Katie came on time and was so kind with lots of smiles. She also explained all the work she was doing step by step. I had questions and she had the answers. She was very knowledgeable. Sir Grout was contacted and Kevin came out to assess our needs and we accepted the estimate to complete the job. Work was started within the next week. Kelly did an amazing job restoring the grout in our laundry room. She removed the dark, worn-out grout, restored it to "like new" and sealed the grout and tiles for optimal protection. We bought Sir Grout's Natural Hard Surface Cleaner for maintaining our laundry room floor as well as granite and tile surfaces throughout the house and Kelly took the time to instruct us on how to use the product.
