My positive experience began with friendly Stacy that answered the phone & made my appointment. Kevin was very professional and did an in-depth assessment of my shower tiles and floor tiles. He explained everything he suggested to do and gave reasons why he thought the problems needed addressed. It was an easy contract signing and appointment made. Sir Grout was contacted and Kevin came out to assess our needs and we accepted the estimate to complete the job. Work was started within the next week. Ryan arrived on time and he got to work immediately. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He was very attentive to detail for each area that was to be completed.
